New Cellphone Laws in effect tomorrow!!!

If you are 18 or older, you have to have a hands-free unit to legally use your cellphone while driving your car. If you are under 18, you can't talk on your phone while driving AT ALL. If caught, you'll get a $20 fine the first time - $50 for each offense, thereafter.
