Nine Inch Nails are touring the universe (really, what are they not doing? It scared Eric Avery away, afterall.), it's about time they put out a new album. Finally SOME confirmation!

Nine Inch Nails will release a new studio album — their first since 2008's The Slip — some time this year on their new label, Columbia Records.
"I've been less than honest about what I've really been up to lately," Trent Reznor said in a statement. "For the last year, I've been secretly working non-stop with Atticus Ross and Alan Moulder on a new, full-length Nine Inch Nails record, which I am happy to say is finished and frankly f***ing great."
